Please...before you start this form, have the following available about your baby: Breed, Color, DOB, Parents Names, & Adoption Fee. This can be found in the nursery next to your babies photos. Make Sure you have ALL answers correct. This is time consuming & I am sure you will not want to do it over. We cannot accept incorrect Contracts, as they are binding & legal. This must be done asap as we cannot hold your baby without it. You will get an e-mail letting you know that we have accepted the contract.

Florida/California Pet Lemon Law. As our policy states, you must agree to waive your rights under this law to be eligable to adopt from us. NON-FLORIDA/CALI residents, choose NA. *

Although RB has discussed breeding/showing with me, I understand that the above described animal, is sold as a PET ONLY(this does not mean limited papers) & no guarantees are made as to the Breeding or Show Quality. RB does not guarantee breeding or show quality in any puppy. *

Bulldogs can be High Maintenance Animals. I understand that Rare Bulldogs DOES NOT pay for or reimburse me for ANY & ALL Vet Bills I may incur in connection with said animal once myself or shippers pick up *

I understand that any & all payments made to Rare Bulldogs & or its partners are NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstance. *

I have read Rare Bulldogs Contract, Guarantee, & Policies(available online at our site) & hereby AGREE to be bound by all. *
